My Story
Latesha M. McNeely's journey is one of extraordinary resilience, compassion, and transformation. A proud graduate of West Rowan High School, Latesha's early years were marked by profound challenges, including childhood trauma, domestic abuse, and battles with drug use. Faced with adversity that would have broken many, Latesha found a strength within herself that few can fathom. A near-death experience became the turning point—a moment that sparked a deep and unyielding desire to change her own life and, ultimately, to uplift others.
Today, Latesha is the visionary force behind A Million Black Women Unity, an organization dedicated to empowering Black women around the world. Her mission is clear: to inspire women not just to survive but to thrive, to excel, and to build a future rooted in unity, collaboration, and unwavering support. Driven by a profound generosity and a passion for change, Latesha is on a mission to break cycles of oppression and create pathways for success, ensuring every Black woman has the opportunity to rise above their circumstances and embrace their fullest potential. Her story is not just one of survival—it's a testament to the power of resilience and the impact of a shared vision for a better tomorrow.
